The 200ml cartridge is designed for small tie plugging jobs such as plugging around a thermite weld. Lightweight and compact, it’s designed to fit in a welder’s tool kit.

Our 1500ml cartridges are designed for larger manual tie plugging jobs. Plug up to 85 holes per cartridge, allowing operators to change cartridges less frequently and keep up production. The cartridge size offers more chemical in each case reducing the number of cases needed and ultimately the cost of freight.
